What You'll Do:

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on steel mill electrical equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot 480V motors, controls, and industrial electrical components
• Propose and implement innovative solutions to challenges in the steel making process
• Uphold and lead safety policies, practices, and housekeeping standards at all times
• Work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required

• 4+ years of industrial and/or military electrical maintenance experience on industrial type equipment
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot 480V motors and controls
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
• Strong commitment to safety — the #1 priority on this team
