This company is seeking a full-time, enthusiastic, and results-driven Field Project Manager 1 to join our team in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the site management, installation, supervision, and completion of small-to-medium Fire, Security, and Building Automation projects. Working in close coordination with Project Coordinators, you will line out installation crews, manage site quality and safety, assist with equipment staging, and execute hands-on field installation and system check-outs. This is a high-impact position on our fast-paced "Power Team" designed for leaders with a strong electrical background who want to grow their technical and project management capabilities within an industry-leading integration firm.

This position acts as a job site foreman running fast-paced "Power Teams" that handle small-to-medium project installs and turnovers ($40k–$100k threshold, typically 1–3 day drop-in jobs). The team handles manages a heavy backlog of 40–100+ active small projects. You will be responsible for supervising field installers and cable pullers, coordinating parts and schedules with Project Coordinators, and performing hands-on installation. While security programming experience is ideal, it is not required upfront; candidates with strong military low-voltage/electronics backgrounds and project leadership can be brought in and trained into the technical programming piece.

• Experience: 5–7 years of relevant low-voltage, electrical, or field installation/supervisory experience.
• Field Leadership: Proven ability to supervise installers, manage subcontractors, and maintain quality assurance on job sites.
• Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of low-voltage electronics, schematics, blueprint reading, and wiring methods (J-hooks, conduit, raceways).
• Certifications (Preferred, not required): Access Control (Lenel OnGuard, Software House C•CURE, Genetec) or CCTV/VMS (Milestone, Genetec, Avigilon).
• Licensing: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
