As a Maintenance Supervisor you will organize and oversee the schedules and work of the maintenance department, supervising about a dozen maintenance personnel on a shift. Duties include overseeing repairs of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and building systems, as well as monitoring equipment efficiencies. The supervisor is also responsible for training team members on best practices and ensuring lock-out/tag-out procedures, OSHA regulations, and preventative maintenance routing sheets are followed. They are really looking for the leadership skills a veteran brings to the table and will train on any maintenance skills, like PLC's they might be lacking.
