If you've spent years keeping complex machinery running and you're ready to bring that discipline into a high-tech manufacturing environment, this role was built for you. As a Maintenance Technician 3, you'll own preventive and corrective maintenance on critical equipment, lead special projects, and drive real operational impact from day one.

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and repair functionality issues on high-tech and critical equipment, including extruder and injection molding machines
• Perform and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs for optimal equipment performance
• Execute specialized maintenance work requests, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver effective solutions
• Lead special projects including machinery installations, layout modifications, and equipment refurbishments
• Apply A3 root cause analysis and facilitate Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement

• Technical Certificate or Degree required
• 5+ years of maintenance experience with injection molding background
• Ability to read PLC ladder logic
