As a Maintenance Technician with this company you will be responsible for performing mechanical and basic electrical maintenance on foundry equipment, including Disamatic molding machines, shot blast machines, furnaces, pumps, fans, gear boxes, and motor panels. Daily duties involve diagnosing malfunctioning systems to locate and correct breakdowns, installing machinery, operating standard hand and power tools, and reading blueprints and schematics. Technicians will also perform routine preventive maintenance and document all inspections and repairs.

These are union roles.

• Candidates must be able to pass a ridged mechanical and basic electrical knowledge test to prove their competency with industrial machinery, basic circuits, and 480-volt systems.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and completing industrial maintenance courses or holding journeyman status is preferred.
• They are targeting candidates with over five years of experience to qualify for the "B" level or higher.
• Employees are required to supply their own common tools, while specific specialized tools will be provided by the company.
