This is a leadership role overseeing a team of 7 to 10 field technicians, service specialists, coordinators, and inspectors in the fire alarm and life safety space. You will be responsible for service delivery, cost control, safety, and customer satisfaction across the local market. The hiring manager is specifically targeting veterans for the leadership foundation and discipline that comes with a military background.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and supervise a team of approximately 7 to 10 field specialists, service specialists, coordinators, and inspectors
- Manage resources, costs, safety, and quality assurance for service delivery and growth of the existing customer base
- Execute customer service program commitments, time and material work, and parts sales
- Train and mentor team members patiently while serving as a role model in the department
- Apply financial analysis and cost control, including gross margin calculations, to drive results
