The Compensation Structure We offer complete transparency. Every placement at MTR is divided into four commissionable roles: Account Rep, Job Order Owner, Recruiting Partner, and Recruiter. Each role earns a clean 50% split of that specific billing slice. Whether you want to focus purely on candidate sourcing or run a full desk, the model is highly lucrative for those who can execute.

What You Will Do

• Targeted Sourcing: Proactively hunt and engage transitioning military and veteran talent using our internal database, LinkedIn, targeted outreach, and veteran networks.
• Deep Qualification: Conduct thorough candidate assessments. You aren't just matching keywords; you are evaluating technical baselines, leadership experience, and career aspirations to ensure a perfect fit for complex manufacturing environments.
• Strategic Matching: Partner with our internal Sales team to align veteran profiles with the specific technical and cultural requirements of our client companies.
• Pipeline Execution: Manage the candidate lifecycle from initial contact through interview prep, feedback facilitation, and offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless placement and post-hire transition.

• Experienced & Driven: You understand the mechanics of recruiting, know how to manage a pipeline, and have the discipline to thrive as an independent contractor.
• Outbound-Focused: You do not wait for active applicants. You are comfortable and aggressive with outbound engagement via phone, email, and networking.
