He has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience. Kory entered the Military Recruiting Space in 2013, where he quickly became a top producer at one of the nations largest Military focused recruiting firms. In 2019, he and Sam founded Military Technical Recruiting in search of a more interpersonal way of doing business.

His post Navy experience includes 20 years in manufacturing, Quality Engineering, Six Sigma, Operational Management, and large scale Project Management. After becoming a top recruiter at one of the nation's largest Military recruitment firms and helping hundreds of candidates realize their post military career goals, Sam co-founded Military Technical Recruiting in 2019 to ensure every client and candidate is treated as an individual and receives the most exceptional service possible.
